Certified Nursing Specialist HF 70 – 100 %

Your tasks are:

• Participation in holistic, individual, and resource-oriented care and support of somatic and psychiatric clients
• Performing needs assessments, organizing and coordinating the diverse tasks within the team with daily responsibility and on-call duties
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists, and relatives as well as contributing to shaping the future

You bring with you:

• Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent
  Recognition and experience in Spitex are an advantage
• Organizational skills, enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, good IT skills (InterRai HC, Perigon), and a category B driving license
• Good communication skills, resilience, flexibility, empathy, and holistic thinking
