Risk & Process Manager Power Grid 60-80% (all)

You take responsibility; achieve sustainable impact with your expertise? In this demanding role, you actively shape the risk and process management of Power Grid, create transparency, optimise workflows, and make an important contribution to well-founded decisions.

Your area of impact

• Control and coordination of risk management within BKW Power Grid as well as ensuring reliable and transparent risk reporting

• Analysis, assessment and monitoring of significant risks and opportunities to ensure sound decision-making bases as well as advising and supporting risk owners and managers in risk assessment and defining measures

• Further development of methods, processes and tools for risk assessment, early warning, measure control and reporting

• Analysis and optimisation of end-to-end processes in close collaboration with the team and specialist departments for the active and continuous development of the process landscape.

• Moderation of risk reviews and process workshops as well as support of strategic projects for the successful implementation of corporate objectives

Your expertise

• University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, a technical or scientific discipline or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in risk and process management as well as sound knowledge in risk assessment, risk control and process optimisation

• Experience in cross-departmental projects as well as confidence in moderating workshops and preparing demanding decision-making bases

• Knowledge of the energy sector or a technically oriented environment is a plus

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach

• Holistic thinking ability with the capacity to link risks, processes and strategic objectives

• Very good German and French language skills
