To strengthen our company, which primarily manages properties from the Pensimo Group, we are looking for a Property Manager (m/f/d) 100% for our newly opened location in Winterthur, starting on October 1, 2025, or by agreement. In collaboration with an administrative assistant, you will manage a portfolio of mostly residential properties from institutional and private owners in the Winterthur region. Until the opening of the Winterthur location, your workplace will be Zurich-Altstetten.
