Do you enjoy advising insured persons in the field of the 2nd pillar? Would you like to build something new with us and implement your ideas in a future-oriented team? Then you are in the right place.
Your main tasks
- You will advise and inform insured persons and pensioners on all aspects related to pension provision
- You will independently manage tasks related to the occupational pension of the insured (entries and exits, home ownership, divorces, retirement departures, deaths, disability)
- You will contribute to various projects for process optimization and transformation
- In addition to your operational tasks, you will be one of our privileged German-speaking contacts of our fund. You will also be responsible for the German translation of the insurance regulations and various standardized letters
Your profile
- Proven experience in the field of occupational pension provision
- Holder of commercial training in occupational pension provision or social insurance
- Fluency in German is essential (written and spoken) with good oral knowledge of French
- Comfortable with numbers, sharp analytical mind, rigor and versatility
- A high degree of initiative, commitment and stress resistance
- Demonstrated effectiveness in teamwork and strong service and quality orientation
- Openness to change and interest in actively participating in various projects
- Good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office)
