The Finance Directorate of the HUG is responsible for the hospital's financial, budgetary, and accounting management, patient administrative management, tariff setting, investment planning, development and maintenance of the economic intelligence system. It manages a budget of nearly 2.5 billion francs, processes and controls more than one million supplier invoices and more than one million patient invoices. It proposes and publishes indicators and dashboards to monitor activity and institutional objectives. It is also responsible for producing all official statistics transmitted to health authorities.

Job Description

As part of your activity, you are responsible for the operational implementation of activities related to outpatient and inpatient pricing according to current legislation.

You coordinate all transversal activities related to billing and ensure the administration and supervision of associated quality control operations.

In this capacity, you also ensure regulatory compliance, optimize activity valuation processes, and harmonize billing practices within the HUG.

Qualifications

You hold a higher education degree such as HEG or a university Bachelor.

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

You have solid knowledge of hospital tariff structures and their application at a service provider.

You have very good basic IT skills and have already worked with Opale Blue Pearl.

You have strong data analysis skills, excellent writing skills, and a proven ability to manage your activity autonomously.

You demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis skills, a sense of organization and prioritization, as well as interpersonal ease and diplomacy in human relations.

Good knowledge of German will be considered an asset.
