The Téléverbier Group offers its customers (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 facilities and slopes at 3300m altitude. During the peak season, it employs nearly 500 staff members.
An 80% Restaurant Manager
To complete its teams, the Attelas sector, composed of three restaurants, is looking for:
Your missions:
- Ensure the organizational management of the point of sale (ordering and delivery logistics, anticipating the needs of the dining room and kitchen teams according to attendance);
- Manage the team and work schedules according to the CCNT;
- Anticipate and manage stocks and orders according to busy periods;
- Ensure the application of hygiene standards (HACCP and FIFO) and current workplace safety;
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and the wearing of PPE by team members;
- Check the safety of installations (cooking appliances, refrigerators, freezers, ...);
- Monitor cash registers and daily cash deposits;
- Weekly report on the results of the points of sale;
- Ensure waste disposal and compliance with selective sorting;
- Lead the team (pre- and post-service briefing);
- Ensure proper cleaning of storage areas (dishes, foodstuffs), floors, and kitchen walls;
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, hotplates, and ovens...) and the durability of equipment and materials.
Your profile:
- Graduate of a recognized hotel school or equivalent training, holding a license is a plus;
- Excellent professional with in-depth knowledge of reception, service, and kitchen while prioritizing customer service;
- Versatile, available, and flexible with working hours;
- Ability to handle stress and manage priorities;
- Leadership and ability to manage and motivate employees, strong team spirit and strong customer satisfaction orientation;
- Sense of profitability and costs, mastery of standard and specific computer tools;
- Adaptability and management of constraints related to the environment and mountain climate.
