Your tasks
- Supporting the 72 residents with a colleague during the night from 20:45 to 07:15 and being the contact person for the residents and the professionals on duty in the neighborhood housing
- Carrying out the tasks as a night watch specialist according to internal guidelines
- 20 % leadership of the night watch team (conducting development discussions, planning, conducting team meetings, participating in the area meetings of the residential home’s service management)
- Recruitment in collaboration with the area management of housing and leading the professionals of the housing offer
Your profile
- Training in social pedagogy, social work, or nursing education (HF or FH)
- Further training in management/leadership (CAS) or willingness to complete it
- Experience in working with people with mental disabilities
- Ability to lead a team of about 10 employees, to advise and support them professionally, and to review, evaluate, and adjust the structures of the night watch in consultation with the area management of housing
