This is what your daily routine looks like

• Ensuring the highest availability of the IT infrastructure at all locations (including on-site presence) in coordination with our partners Dedica and Spital STS AG.
• Responsibility for provision, maintenance, and servicing in the area of hardware and software, ensuring the flow of information as the interface to the infrastructure managers (SIBE/BESIBE).
• You keep an eye on developments in the IT sector and derive measures or improvements from them.
• You advise and support users on all issues on-site and remotely as their first point of contact and clarify their needs in the further course.
• In close cooperation with the Head of Finance and Services, you develop concepts for suitable IT solutions and further developments in the IT area to ensure a contemporary IT environment including a security concept at all times.

• You have completed training in the IT field and have several years of professional experience in a similar role.
• You have a strong service orientation and enjoy supporting users in a friendly and professional manner, always finding the best solution.
• Responsible, independent work combined with analytical thinking and high social competence characterize you.
• You hold a driver’s license (category B) and look forward to travel activities, as you will regularly be present on-site at all locations.
• You communicate clearly and appropriately for the level and have very good oral and written German skills, complemented by English skills from the IT field.
