Class and annual salary (including 13th month salary):

Tasks:
- ensure the operation, maintenance, and evolution of Microsoft Windows client systems in domain
- manage applications and software distribution via enterprise tools (SCCM, Intune)
- analyze, plan, and manage software updates for Clients (operating system and applications)
- analyze and manage hardware configurations
- configure and maintain Group Policy and attributes in Active Directory
- maintain technical contact with software and hardware suppliers
- participate in projects for the development of IT solutions in collaboration with other CSI areas
- provide second-level support and consulting to end users
Requirements:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (AFC) in IT or equivalent qualification
- solid skills in configuring and administering Microsoft operating systems (client and server)
- excellent command of Microsoft Office tools
- knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO)
- knowledge of telematic network configuration and IT security aspects
- teamwork attitude and motivation
- ability to solve problems independently and sense of responsibility
- user orientation, ease of communication and relationship with the end user
- methodical, orderly, and independent work attitude
- willingness to work outside regular hours and participate in on-call shifts
- good knowledge of Italian, at least one other official language, and English
Preferred qualifications:
- knowledge of Microsoft SCCM
- experience in creating MSI or similar software packages
- experience with PowerShell scripting or similar
- knowledge of M365 administrative modules
- ITIL Foundation certification

- start date: to be agreed, no earlier than 01.04.2026
