• Independent organisation and management of the assigned kitchen station during daily service
• Preparation and provision of all necessary components for a smooth process during service
• Proper preparation and presentation of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensuring consistently high quality of the food as well as compliance with internal standards
• Close cooperation with other kitchen stations for an efficient workflow during service
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP
• Guidance and support of commis chefs or interns at the station

• Experience as a cook or chef de partie in a professional kitchen
• Structured and independent working style even during busy service times
