Construction Manager / Project Manager or Junior Construction Manager, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Depending on experience, you plan, design and develop exciting construction projects by defining the project basics and analysing feasibility
• You are also responsible for project controlling in the areas of costs, deadlines and quality
• You work closely with architects, clients and companies
• As a junior construction manager, you will also receive thorough training and professional support
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• As a project manager, you ideally have a degree as a certified architect or bring solid experience in these tasks
• As a junior construction manager, you have a basic technical construction education, for example as a bricklayer, architectural draughtsman, carpenter or similar, and are motivated to start a career in construction management
• It is important in both cases that you are familiar with Swiss standards and building regulations
