For our marketing and communication team in the private customer sector, we are looking for a committed personality to support us as a communication all-rounder. The position offers the opportunity to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment and to lead exciting content projects for private customers.
Your tasks
- Management of cross-departmental (partial) projects such as the establishment of a content hub or the development of new content formats
- Close collaboration with various stakeholders such as product management, legal, IT, sponsorship team, corporate communications, and agencies
- Support and advice in coordinating and implementing cross-departmental communication measures
Content Creation:
- Development and implementation of target group-oriented content strategies for various channels such as blog, social media, publications, website, direct marketing channels, and intranet
- Creation and optimization of content (text, image, video) for our digital and analog touchpoints in cooperation with internal and external partners
Your profile
- At least five years of experience in content marketing or a comparable position
- You have already created content on financial topics such as pensions, investments, or banking and are familiar with the specifics of the industry
- Excellent writing and communication skills as well as a sense for target group-specific content and storytelling
- Experience in project management, including coordination of stakeholders and meeting deadlines
- Confident handling of common content tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and ChatGPT
- Ability to analyze KPIs and make data-driven decisions
- SEO-optimized writing & use of common SEO tools
