Your tasks
- You carry out the complete master data entry of employees upon entry
- You record, check and process payroll-relevant changes
- You support the pre- and post-checks of the monthly payroll processing
- You coordinate the collaboration with the external payroll provider
- You handle withholding tax cases including registrations, departures and changes
- You administratively process family allowances as well as EO/compensation cases
- You maintain and update data for occupational pension schemes / pension funds
- You conduct correspondence with authorities, insurance companies and external bodies
- You provide employees and managers with information on administrative and payroll-related topics
- You actively work in the team and take on mutual deputising
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification, ideally with further training in payroll, personnel or social insurance
- You bring professional experience in payroll, HR administration or social insurance administration
- You have confident German language skills, good English skills; French is a plus
- You communicate in a service-oriented and target group-appropriate manner
- You present yourself confidently and discreetly, especially when dealing with sensitive personnel data
- You provide reliable information to employees and managers
- You enjoy working in a team and maintain constructive collaboration
- You have experience with Workday or a comparable HR/payroll system, which is an advantage, as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, which is essential
- You work system-affine, precisely and process-oriented
