- Operate packaging machines: Monitor, control and load the modern production and packaging machines.
- Ensure material flow: Transport packaging materials, raw materials and finished products using a forklift.
- Quality control: Visually inspect the finished products for flawless packaging quality and labelling.
- Process optimisation: Resolve minor faults on the lines and perform format changes.
- Hygiene & safety: Comply with strict cleanliness and safety regulations in the company.
Your Profile
- Experience: Practical experience in machine operation, ideally in the packaging, paper or film industry.
- Forklift licence: Valid SUVA-recognised forklift licence is mandatory (confident handling of industrial trucks).
- Flexibility: Absolute willingness to work shifts (e.g. 2- to 3-shift operation).
- Languages: Good spoken German skills for smooth shift handovers and understanding safety instructions.
- Personality: Precise, efficient working style and strong team spirit.
