Deputy Workshop Manager (m/f/d)
100%Your tasks:
- Support in managing the company-owned workshop and the 12 employees (approx. 30% of the activity)
- Participation in maintenance and servicing processes within the workshop (approx. 70% of the activity)
- Responsibility for the smooth operation of the entire Dreier fleet
- Ensuring the quality and economic efficiency of garage operations
- Planning and checking internal and external work
- Ensuring spare parts supply
- Coordinating investments and major repairs in close cooperation with the workshop manager and the workshop coordinator
Your profile:
- Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician specializing in commercial vehicles
- Comprehensive further training and experience in diagnostics and repair technology
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in the workshop environment
- Good comprehension, organizational talent, and ability to set priorities correctly even in hectic situations
- High commitment with corresponding quality standards and sense of responsibility
