Your Tasks
- Organisation of the area with regard to meeting professional, social and organisational requirements
- Creating duty and holiday schedules, as well as planning further training and education
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Initiating and implementing ward-related and cross-departmental projects
- Motivating staff management and cooperative collaboration with all professional groups
- Supporting the recruitment, retention and development of employees

- Ensuring nursing planning, organisation and documentation with regard to applicable guidelines and in-house standards

Your Profile
- Completed recognised 3-year vocational training as a nursing specialist
- Further training as a ward manager or willingness to undertake this
- Completed specialist training as an endoscopy specialist
- Independent, patient-oriented and responsible way of working
- Team-oriented thinking and acting with all wards, departments and professional groups
- Organisational talent and decisiveness Empathy and sensitivity
