What you achieve

Customer consulting and receiving inquiries and orders
Processing of tenders, offers, and orders in CRM and ERP (SAP)
Support in the "Field Sales" area by creating tenders, contracts, offers, and orders
Continuous updating of customer contacts in CRM
Active participation in the implementation of marketing activities
Support in the introduction of new processes
High customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for your actions

What you bring

Basic training in electrical engineering EFZ or commercial basic training EFZ with further education in the technical field
Experience in the field of security technology and internal sales
Good MS Office and SAP CRM knowledge
Initiative and well-organized personality
Strong customer and service orientation
