About the job
The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from counseling for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care, as well as home care and support. As the largest public Spitex in the Dielsdorf district, we provide outpatient services for our nine contract municipalities. With our comprehensive care offerings, we enable people to stay in their familiar home environment as long as possible despite health limitations. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.
- Care, support, and counseling of our clients at home
- Shift and professional responsibility during the evening shift
- Ensuring the care process
- Creation, adjustment, and evaluation of care documentation
- Accurate recording of performance data
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday from 4:45 PM to 10:00 PM
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist DN II/HF/FH
- High social, methodological, and professional competence
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Up-to-date IT knowledge (MS Office, Perigon)
- Driver's license category B
- Independent and responsible working style
