You are responsible for the introduction of new integral Facility Services – mandates and lead the projects through all phases up to the handover to the operational areas. In doing so, you coordinate the interfaces between all internal and external stakeholders and ensure the quality of the services at a high level. Your main tasks:
- Project management in the implementation of new and integral mandates, from planning to project completion
- Managing all tasks and processes within the project and actively participating in ongoing projects
- Responsibility for the qualitative and financial results of the projects
- Coordinating and leading internal and external meetings
- Supporting and advising customers and internal employees during all project phases as the main contact person
- Assisting with tenders, offers, and documentation
- Training and accompanying operational staff to ensure a smooth mandate start
Your profile:
- (Technical) university degree in Facility Management, a technical or business-related field
- Professional experience in a comparable role in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, or in Hospitality Management related to projects in Facility Management
- Strong service orientation, high sense of responsibility, as well as confident and competent communication
- Independent, structured, process-oriented, and analytical way of working
- Fluent German and good English skills
