HR Project Assistant (Fixed-term contract until the end of 2026)

Mission:
As an HR Project Assistant, you play a key role in the success of our transition projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Organizing project meetings (agenda, minutes, reports) and ensuring coordination with internal teams and service providers.
- Contributing to the documentation of new processes and updating existing procedures.
- Preparing communication and presentation materials (Forms, PowerPoint, user guides, internal notes).
- Tracking task progress, updating schedules, and following up with stakeholders.
- Collecting and consolidating information from various departments for project managers.
- Performing simple analyses (tables, summaries, indicators) and participating in testing phases of new HR tools.
- Acting proactively with internal and external teams (communication, graphic design, marketing) to advance topics and obtain necessary elements.
- Providing occasional administrative support to the HR team during the ongoing transition.
Profile:
- Training in HR, management, administration, or equivalent; initial experience in HR, projects, or administration is an asset.
- Interest in transforming environments and implementing new processes.
- Excellent organizational, structuring, and follow-up skills.
- Good writing skills and proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working methodically and structured.
- Curiosity, proactivity, team spirit, sense of confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Native French speaker; knowledge of German is an advantage.
