- You take responsibility for managing and developing the network of agencies in Lugano, Bellinzona and Mesocco, working closely with the Regional Manager. Your goal: to create a motivated, high-performing and customer-oriented team capable of achieving ambitious and lasting results.
- You are the point of reference for your collaborators: you support, inspire and celebrate every success with them. At the same time, you actively develop the local business, from acquiring new clients to enhancing the existing portfolio through targeted cross-selling and up-selling activities.
- Thanks to your entrepreneurial vision, you build and strengthen a solid network, promote innovative marketing and sales initiatives, and intervene with targeted measures to ensure the achievement of long-term objectives.

What you need to have
- You have completed basic training, enriched by specialisation in the insurance sector and VBV certification. You have solid sales experience, ideally in the insurance sector, with proven results.
- You are an authentic leader, with a positive and engaging attitude. You know how to motivate, develop and retain talents, creating a work environment where people give their best.
- You are characterised by an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong results orientation and the ability to seize market opportunities. You also have an excellent local network and know how to develop lasting strategic partnerships.
- You speak fluent Italian and German (mandatory)
