What is my role?

You are responsible for the planning and execution of exciting architectural projects from the first sketch to completion?

• You create designs, execution plans and details for new build and conversion projects

• You coordinate and supervise construction on site

• You work closely with clients, specialist planners and executing companies

• You take care of approval procedures and official coordination

• You carry out quality controls and ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets

• You develop creative and functional solutions for architectural challenges

What do I need to be successful?

You have a completed degree in architecture (Diploma, Bachelor or Master)

• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in planning and construction supervision

• You are proficient in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or Revit)

• You have knowledge of relevant standards, building law and VOB

• You work in a structured, reliable manner and have a good eye for detail?

• You are communicative and enjoy working in a team

• You are keen on varied projects and bring initiative

• A category B driving licence is an advantage
