The Digital Justice 28 (DJ28) program is a joint project of the Department of Justice and Security and the courts of the Canton of Lucerne. The goal is seamless digital collaboration throughout the Lucerne judiciary. To support the program team, we are looking for a committed and reliable person for the project office.
Your tasks
- As project assistance, you relieve the program and project team as well as the management of the court IT department administratively and organizationally and ensure smooth project processes.
- You professionally organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, working with various project members.
- You prepare and follow up on meetings and events, from assisting in the creation, professional preparation of reports and presentations, to minute-taking.
- You carefully maintain appointment, pending tasks, and participant lists to keep all information up to date for optimal project documentation.
Your profile
- You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification and ideally bring experience in project management.
- Relevant practical experience in an administrative, supportive role, preferably in a project office, distinguishes you. Ideally, you have gained experience in the public sector.
- You enjoy supportive work and like to work both in a team and independently. With your structured, conscientious working style and good written expression in German, you find it easy to take minutes accurately.
- You are proficient in using tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, and Jira, value accuracy and discretion, and are enthusiastic about digitalization in the judiciary.
