We are looking for immediate or by arrangement an Administrative Officer Reception and Administration (80-100%)
Your Tasks- First point of contact for our residents, relatives, referrers, and employees at the reception
- Management of the reception and the main number
- Resident-related administrative tasks
- Support and collaboration in bed allocation
- Assistance to your team colleague with invoicing, reminders, health insurance rejections
- Management of creditor workflow
- Mail distribution and office supplies management
- Active support and collaboration in bed allocation
- Administrative support for management personnel
- Mandatory commercial training EFZ or at least office specialist diploma
- Professional experience in a comparable institution is a great advantage
- Very good MS Office user skills and good IT affinity
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- High service orientation and communication skills
- Organizational talent and resilience even in hectic situations
