In our 15-member team, you will be responsible together with a long-standing colleague for the administrative and organizational support of the technical service (e.g., accounting, contract management, organization of maintenance and repair work). Additionally, you are jointly responsible for the support, processing, and device registration in our CAFM program (Waveware).
Since this is a newly created position, the start date is by arrangement.
How to become part of our team
- Completed training with EFZ
- Experience in the administrative field is an advantage
- Professional experience in the field of technology/maintenance is an advantage
- Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong organizational skills, structured working method, and team orientation
- Knowledge of a CAFM program (Waveware) or willingness to learn it
- Very good knowledge of the German language, spoken and written
- Very good PC user skills
