Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing for Turners Permanent Position!
Activities
- Independent setup, programming, and machining of production parts (single pieces and small series) on twin-spindle lathes (DMG / Mori Seiki) with bar loader
- Independent creation and commissioning of programs
- Determination and presetting of required tools, clamping, and measuring equipment
- Working according to technical drawings
- Quality control of the machined parts
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ and several years of professional experience
- Excellent knowledge in CNC turning (possibly also in CNC milling)
- Enjoyment of complex machining and enthusiasm for the world of machining
- Precise, reliable, and systematic way of working
- Entrepreneurial thinking with high quality standards
