About the job
- On the Psychotherapy Ward 50+, you accompany patients individually and resource-oriented over a period of 8-12 weeks.
- As a key contact person, you significantly contribute to the success of the therapy and are a central part of the interdisciplinary team.
- You confidently lead therapeutic groups and support the patient group in the milieu-therapeutic setting.
- In goal- and solution-oriented individual conversations, you use your professional expertise to individually promote and support patients.
- Through your empathetic and competent manner, you contribute to a pleasant and motivating working environment for the patient group and the team.
- You actively support the training of our FH and HF students and bring your knowledge into practice.
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH, SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check with a foreign diploma.
- You have experience in supporting people who desire an intensive psychotherapeutic engagement with themselves and their illness.
- You are characterised by a high capacity for reflection, solid self-competences, and a recovery-oriented basic attitude.
- Ideally, you have training in DBT as well as in MBSR mindfulness and its practical application.
- Very good German skills (at least C1), as well as sound IT user skills, enable efficient and careful handling of administrative tasks.
