The elderly and health care sector includes two modern centers with around 130 residents, a day care center, a home care organization, various housing options for seniors, as well as comprehensive counseling services. In total, around 240 employees are committed to the well-being and care of elderly people in the region.

- Holistic, individual care and support of our residents, relationship-oriented and respectful
- Support and advice for relatives in challenging life situations
- Ensuring the care process as well as shaping everyday life including activation
- Taking over daily responsibility for nursing and organizational processes
- Implementation of the key worker concept in daily work
- Professional documentation in EasyDOK and timely performance recording with BESA

- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or FH
- At least 3 years of professional experience in long-term care or a comparable field
- Motivation to develop professionally, e.g. through the CAS INTERCARE (or willingness to complete it)
- High sense of responsibility, social competence, and team spirit
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of BESA, EasyDOK, and common IT applications
