What is my role?

• Independent management and control of complex construction projects from planning to completion

• On-site construction management as well as coordination of all involved construction companies

• Ensuring timely, budget-compliant and high-quality project implementation

• Guaranteeing professional, economical and regulation-compliant project execution

• Coordination and fulfilment of official requirements and conditions

• Continuous exchange and collaboration with clients, planning teams and specialists

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed training as a federally certified construction manager, architect or comparable qualification

• Solid professional experience in a similar position desirable

• Proficient use of project management methods and digital tools

• Structured, independent and reliable approach

• High sense of responsibility, loyalty to the company and economic thinking

• Enjoyment of communication and skill in dealing with all project partners
