YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Cross-location project management for sales projects in the Service division
- Close collaboration with the vehicle sales team on tenders that consider the purchase of vehicles and their long-term maintenance.
- Responsible for creating customer offers (especially coordinating the offer team & work packages, offer & scheduling, progress controls, quality assurance of the offer documents)
- Analysis of the contractual conditions required by the customer. Identifying the associated risks and proposing solutions to mitigate the risks by adjusting the contractual conditions
- Interface management with various departments and locations of the group
- Preparation and active participation in sales meetings with management
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed higher technical education, ideally with business management training
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, as well as very good MS Office knowledge
- Professional experience in the industry, ideally in plant or mechanical engineering
- Experience in sales or in the offer management of technically demanding products
- Winning personality, independent, decisive, and responsible
- High flexibility regarding availability, especially during the offer submission period
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are a significant advantage
- Willingness to travel approx. 10%
