Your tasks include:
- You lead the areas of finance, personnel administration, client administration, IT and infrastructure both in terms of personnel and expertise
- You are responsible for the annual financial statement, the budget and liquidity planning
- You ensure the professional, economical and legally compliant organisation of your areas of responsibility
- You guarantee efficient administrative and financial processes and ensure data quality
- You ensure the implementation of the requirements of the federal government, canton and Spitex association
- In the absence of the management, you take over the coordination of the tasks arising outside your area of responsibility
You bring the following qualifications for this position:
- A completed commercial basic training
- Further training and/or experience in HR as well as finance and accounting
- Solid IT user skills
- A positive attitude and openness to innovations
- You are reliable and have a structured way of working
