The Willisau Senior Center offers a family-like home for elderly people who rely on professional support, care, and assistance. Various living arrangements provide unique quality of life and a family-like home. Over 40 apartments with services, well-maintained gastronomy, nearly 80 care and support places, specialized living forms, spread over two houses, Zopfmatt and Breiten.

Your profile:
- You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH and have at least 2 years of professional experience
- You bring a professional pedagogical qualification equivalent to 600 learning hours (trainer with federal specialist certificate)
- You enjoy training young people and are communicative
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and are an organizational talent
- You are reliable, resilient, and a team player
Your tasks:
In job sharing, you are responsible for the following tasks:
- You are responsible for ensuring the training mandate – in the training of AGS, FaBe, FaGe, nursing professional HF, and social pedagogy HF
- You take on the professional leadership in the area of care and support training
- You are responsible for quality assurance and quality development of practical training
- You plan, organize, and supervise practical training
- You coach the professional profiles in all their tasks
- You ensure internal and external collaboration with all persons involved in the training
