The public Spitex Wald Fischenthal is responsible for the outpatient healthcare of the residents of Wald and Fischenthal. The Spitex staff competently and empathetically care for their clients in their own homes, provide psychiatric support, or assist them in daily life. Spitex Wald Fischenthal is part of the non-profit Drei Tannen Foundation, which, in addition to Spitex, operates the newly built Rosenthal care centre and offers retirement apartments with needs-based services.

Your Tasks

• Individual Care: You care for and support our clients in their homes – with empathy, expertise, and personal responsibility.
• Taking Responsibility: You independently manage your cases and oversee the entire care and support process.
• Holistic Support: You assist people in life crises, promote their reintegration, and work closely with authorities, psychiatrists, and other specialist agencies.
• Teamwork & Exchange: You are part of a motivated team that works interdisciplinarily and supports each other.

What You Bring

• Diploma as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH with a focus on Psychiatry (or equivalent qualification)
• Re-entrants are also warmly welcome
• Good German language skills and communication abilities
• Driving licence category B
• Independent, flexible, and solution-oriented working style
