- Experience in operational purchasing and supplier interaction is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills in German, with good English being a plus.

About the job
What you can achieve
- You are responsible for the timely procurement of our products and services.
- You clarify availability and delivery dates directly with our suppliers and independently take on negotiations.
- You open new items in the ERP system, maintain the item master data, and optimise our inventory.
- You take care of returns and coordinate batch recalls in close cooperation with the warehouse and specialist management.
- In addition, you take on the control and accounting of supplier invoices.
- You support the organisation and execution of the annual stocktaking.
What you bring with you
- You have experience in operational purchasing with a focus on order processing and supplier contact.
- You are comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel. You also work confidently with ERP systems.
- You are characterised by a quick grasp, which makes it easy for you to get started with new processes and systems.
- A structured, reliable way of working, a good sense of priorities and deadlines, as well as teamwork, are natural to you.
- You communicate clearly and confidently with internal departments as well as external partners.
- You have very good German skills; good English skills are an advantage.
