Procedural Assistant 80%The Zurich - Limmat Public Prosecutor's Office in Zurich conducts criminal investigations against adults in a part of the city of Zurich.
From 1 July 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking to complement our team, Department D, with your support as a Procedural Assistant (80%).
Job Description
As an assistant to an investigating public prosecutor, you will take on all secretarial and administrative tasks. You will independently manage the secretariat. This includes organising and recording interrogations and the administrative preparation of resolutions, as well as liaising with authorities, parties, and third parties. You will periodically provide on-call services at weekends. The role requires independence and good teamwork.
Requirements
You have completed commercial training. Your high typing skills and impeccable, confident German are a matter of course. In addition, you have good IT user skills.
You work independently, reliably, and flexibly. Integrity and discretion are self-evident to you, and you have an interest in criminal prosecution. You are characterised by a high sense of responsibility, resilience, and organisational flair. You always find the right tone when dealing with parties involved in proceedings and interface partners.
