What to expect
- Friendly and competent support of our customers at the collection counter
- Checking, preparing and issuing goods
- Processing returns and issuing credit notes
- Conducting cash sales including cash register reconciliation
- Support with parcel shipping and handling complaints
- Collaboration in the internal mail area
- Close cooperation with sales, technical and logistics departments
- General organisational tasks around the collection counter
What you bring
- Enjoyment of daily customer contact and working with people
- Friendly, well-groomed and customer-oriented appearance
- Reliable, resilient and efficient working style
- You are accustomed to physical work as well as lifting and moving parcels
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good computer skills and flair for digital applications
- Experience in the service sector or customer contact is an advantage
- Availability on the fixed working days Wednesday and Friday is mandatory
