High Construction Office | 100% | Chur and regions
As a specialized position in the construction sector of the canton of Graubünden, the High Construction Office looks after the interests of the canton as a property owner and/or construction client and is responsible for all real estate management services. This includes structuring the real estate portfolio, planning, implementation, and management of properties as well as consulting.
For April 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for a Facility Services Property Manager Regions.
As a Facility Services Property Manager, you can expect an open working environment in Chur as well as in the regions, attractive opportunities for further training, and space for family and leisure time planning.
- Ensure high availability of cantonal infrastructure and cantonal buildings as well as provide the necessary services efficiently and without bottlenecks
- Take responsibility for coordination, management, and planning of personnel as well as for reporting and controlling maintenance work and services related to property management in the assigned portfolio
- Plan and manage special tasks regarding the assigned properties
- Support property caretakers in training and proper execution of cleaning and care work of architectural substances as well as outdoor facilities
- Support property caretakers in coordinating the engagement of external service providers (e.g., janitors, cleaning companies, etc.)
- Actively collaborate in service delivery and continuous improvement of existing processes
- Completed education in the craft or technical sector
- Further training as a Facility Management and Maintenance Manager (EPS) or willingness to complete this training
- Strong sense of responsibility and quality
- Willingness to act in case of technical interventions
- A comprehensive mindset as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
- Good computer skills
