To strengthen our team in the restaurant, we are looking for a motivated and committed Assistant Restaurant, 100%, at the Emmen location from 01.10.2026.
Your responsibilities
- You ensure smooth operations and implement the quality and hygiene guidelines in the Manora restaurant.
- You create a stylish market atmosphere according to the concept.
- You identify, evaluate and utilise the local supply potential.
- You are responsible for the personnel management of the employees.
- You are responsible for an organised and employee-oriented structure of the restaurant (duty rosters, etc.).
- You ensure the training and development of employees as well as junior talents.
- You are present on the floor, lead and support the employees in their daily work.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in the field of gastronomy or have attended hotel management school.
- You bring extensive experience in gastronomy.
- You live and love the role of host.
- Ideally, you have gained some leadership experience.
- You convince with a resilient, enduring and reliable personality.
- You have a positive attitude towards work, can transfer this to employees and motivate them sustainably.
- You are a talent for improvisation and enjoy challenging questions.
- You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency and remain calm and composed in hectic situations.
