Shape the future of urban living spaces with us – we are looking for you as a Project Manager Real Estate Development for our team immediately or by arrangement. Your workplace will be our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon.

At Implenia, you develop real estate projects with urban planning and architectural demands for our diverse target groups. In this key role, you are responsible for demanding projects in the German-speaking part of Switzerland from the initial idea to a legally binding building permit and signing the TUWV. You work with an interdisciplinary team that combines innovation, quality, and responsibility.

What you will drive

• Overall responsibility for project management, planning ambitious real estate development projects & preparation for their implementation
• Contact person, coordination, and leadership of all internal and external project participants: investors, users, architects, specialist planners, and authorities
• Careful monitoring of deadlines, costs, profitability, and quality standards
• Execution, maintenance, and evaluation of profitability analyses and business plans
• Contract and change order management
• Support in the acquisition and marketing of projects with our Transaction Team
• Application of modern methods such as BIM and LEAN Construction as well as the use of our product range from serial construction.

Why you will succeed

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, spatial planning, or real estate management
• Further education in real estate economics, real estate management, or project management is an advantage
• Several years of experience in real estate development of residential and commercial buildings or project management in building construction
• Solid knowledge of Swiss building law, SIA standards, and project management
• Responsible personality with acquisition flair and a good network
• Solution-oriented, precise, and very independent working style
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong work ethic with the desire to learn and succeed
• Entrepreneurial thinking and teamwork skills
• Fluent German skills, English is an advantage
