SASO70
- The SASO is responsible for combating poverty and social exclusion. It organises the provision of financial aid to the population. As part of SASO, the ODAS advises and supervises social services. It ensures the implementation of the social and socio-professional integration system and actively collaborates with the Youth Integration Office (OFIJ), particularly with the Restart programme. This aims to help young people aged 15 to 25 who have dropped out to find an apprenticeship place through comprehensive and individualised support.
Are you looking for a dynamic, evolving and innovative work environment? Do you enjoy working in a network? Do you appreciate working for the benefit of young people? Do you recognise yourself? Then this position is for you!
As a social advisor for the integration of persons under 35 and a vocational training coach within the Restart programme, your mission is to provide support towards entering vocational training for young people aged 15 to 35. You work within two teams whose missions are complementary (ODAS and OFIJ).
As a long-term contact person, you meet with young people in interviews and clarify their situation using your analytical and synthesis skills. You identify their needs and expectations in order to co-construct a training project with them. While offering them individualised support and guiding them towards measures suited to their profiles, you mobilise their resources to overcome obstacles to their integration. In a case-manager role, you coordinate the actions of stakeholders within the network and collaborate closely with partners in the psycho-social and health network, adopting a systemic vision.
Finally, you ensure the administrative management of files.
With a bachelor-level qualification in the social field or an equivalent recognised title, you have experience in the social sector and ideally in material aid as well as conducting interviews with young people in difficulty.
You are comfortable with interpersonal contacts and networking.
Equipped with strong communication and mediation skills, you possess an in-depth knowledge of the social and economic network as well as the vocational training sector.
Meticulous, you are able to manage organisational and administrative tasks.
Moreover, your initiative and adaptability allow you to work independently while demonstrating good stress resistance and the ability to maintain perspective.
