To complement our team in Category Management, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start of a

Brand Manager Fever-Tree (On- & Off-Trade) m/f/d 80-100%

• Implementation of all marketing measures for gastronomy, retail, and beverage trade
• Development and execution of sales promotions, events, and brand activations to increase awareness, sales, and revenue
• Analysis of sales, distribution, and NIELSEN data as well as preparation of brand plans, business reviews, budget reports, and KPI dashboards
• Planning, management, and control of the marketing budget
• Close collaboration with internal departments (sales, purchasing, marketing/digital, IT, logistics) and the brand owner

• Business education, ideally with a focus on marketing/sales
• Several years of experience in brand activation/trade marketing, preferably in the beverage, FMCG, or gastronomy sector
• Solid knowledge of the Swiss retail and gastronomy landscape
• Passion for spirits/mixers and motivation to continuously expand expertise
• Convincing, extroverted personality with joy in market presence, relationship building, and business development
• Combination of strategic thinking and hands-on mentality; eye for trends, customer, and supplier needs
• Structured, independent working style, even in dynamic phases; solution-oriented and communicative
• Experience with sales and profit responsibility
• Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent German spoken and written as well as business fluent English
• Ideally residence in Basel or surrounding area
