- The SFIN's main mission is to define and implement the financial policy set by the Grand Council and the State Council. It also ensures the application of the financial management principles contained in the Finance Act (LFinEC) and in the harmonized accounting model (MCH2). The legal department, the management staff of the directorate, defines the canton’s recovery strategy, conducts the legal monitoring of the service, manages all legal activities of the office of municipalities and its partners, drafts administrative, regulatory or contractual acts, verifies the compliance of decisions and internal processes with the applicable law, and collaborates with the State's legal service.
- You play a key role by providing legal expertise to the management and all entities of the service. In particular, you take charge of all legal activities of the office of municipalities and its partners, ensuring the application of the Municipal Law. You process and draft administrative decision projects and participate in the drafting of bills, decrees, directives, and legal opinions. Furthermore, you ensure the updating and accuracy of the models used from a legal perspective and monitor jurisprudential and legal developments.
- With a master’s degree in law, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in public law and have knowledge of procedural law as well as civil and criminal law. Endowed with a proven sense of communication, you demonstrate an analytical mind as well as negotiation skills and are also comfortable with common IT tools. Moreover, you possess excellent writing and organizational skills, show great stress resistance, and ensure deadlines are met. Finally, you demonstrate the ability to take on responsibilities and work in a team while standing out for your discretion and sense of public service.
