As franchisor, Coop Pronto AG is looking for a
Coop Pronto Franchise Partner without Petrol Station (Family Business)
- You take overall responsibility for the organisation and smooth running of your Coop Pronto, ensuring the implementation of Coop Pronto’s high standards
- You are responsible for the financial management of the shop, including controlling key management figures
- You ensure efficient merchandise management (ordering, goods receipt control, merchandise care)
- You actively sell, advise customers and manage the petrol station
- You ensure compliance with and control of legal requirements in the areas of quality assurance, youth protection and occupational safety
- You lead your team: recruitment, integration, payroll, social insurance as well as compliance with the legal framework in labour law (Code of Obligations and Labour Act)
- You have completed training in retail (or equivalent sales training), preferably in food retail.
- You have several years of management experience, possess strong social skills and stand out through your organisational sense
- You can provide equity capital of CHF 125,000 - 145,000 (pension fund assets cannot be used)
- You enjoy active contact with customers and personal interaction with clients
- You appreciate teamwork, are ready to tackle daily tasks together and motivated to run your own business within clearly defined conditions
- High performance drive, flexibility, strong customer and sales orientation as well as open and friendly communication are among your strengths
- You have the ability to think and act as a business owner and possess business management skills
- Ideally, your home is near the Coop Pronto or you are willing to relocate
- You master the regional national language both spoken and written
