AVOR Production Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Responsible management and coordination of the machining centre, joinery, and painting departments with direct leadership of employees
Comprehensive management of work preparation (AVOR) including planning and organisation of all production-relevant processes
Independent creation, review, and optimisation of detailed calculations for customer projects
Professional order processing in daily operations from acceptance to completion
Programming and optimisation of CNC systems as well as creation of precise CAD plans for production
Active participation in the strategic development and modernisation of production processes in the commercial sector
Ensuring quality standards and adherence to production deadlines in all areas

What do I need to be successful?

Completed vocational training as a carpenter or joiner with several years of professional experience
Successfully completed further training in AVOR or as a wood technician specialising in timber construction or joinery
Additional training as a production manager is a great advantage and highly valued
Solid CAD skills are required; experience in CNC programming is desirable and advantageous
Strong team skills and the ability to work constructively and goal-oriented within a team
Professional manners and a communicative personality capable of motivating employees
Proven leadership competence with the ability to successfully lead and develop teams
Adequate assertiveness combined with appreciation for all employees
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
