tasks

• for the area of conversion and renovation, you create concept, project, working and detail plans with Archicad
• you are responsible for preparing building applications and liaising with various authorities
• you are also responsible for creating visualisations
• in this role, you work closely with architects, project managers and site managers
• the workload can be 90% or 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have training as an architectural draughtswoman / draughtsman or building draughtswoman / draughtsman
• ideally, you are already familiar with Archicad
• do you consider yourself thoughtful, conscientious and able to work independently?
