Your tasks include
The tasks include classic front-office activities as well as the organization and support of seminars, banquets, and cultural events that regularly take place with us.
The hotel industry is currently in an extremely exciting phase of strategic realignment. For you, this offers a unique opportunity not only to get to know the classic hotel operation but also to actively participate in a real change process and gain valuable experience in the realignment of a business.
Specific projects in which an intern could participate include, among others:
- The development and marketing of new package offers, such as culinary packages in connection with our museum.
- The digitization and automation of processes in the hotel and gastronomy sectors.
- The co-design of a new pricing structure in the hotel and gastronomy sectors.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor towards guests
- Enjoyment in working on exciting projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of gastronomy or hotel management is an advantage
- Flexibility and teamwork skills
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Additional language skills (French and English) are desired
