The Infrastructure Security IS department is responsible for public properties (developed and undeveloped land of the city), cemetery services, parks and green spaces, playgrounds, maintenance of waterways, roads, and sewage systems, waste disposal, and general safety.
Your main tasks
- Personnel and organizational management of the Facility Management area with 4 caretakers and 12 cleaning staff
- Management of building management as well as organization, development, and ensuring a modern infrastructure including planning and accompanying medium- to long-term maintenance projects (project management)
- Responsibility for the assessment and budgeting of maintenance work
- Standardization and unification of Facility Management under
- Tendering, awarding, and controlling services in the area of maintenance and service as well as budgeting and procurement of caretaker equipment and materials - Safety officer (SiBe) with professional leadership of the area safety officers.
Your strengths
- EFZ or further training as a Facility Manager, building automation, or technical facility management
- Solid professional experience in infrastructural and technical facility management
- Several years of leadership experience as well as knowledge in dealing with and coordinating caretakers, cleaning staff, and external service providers
- Hands-on mentality and at the same time understanding of business management topics and
- Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as proficient use of MS Office Our offer
