Your Tasks
- You recruit various functions (German and French) in the real estate industry in collaboration with line managers
- You use various recruitment channels including active sourcing to find suitable new employees
- You act as a professional sparring partner for the line
- You conduct interviews independently and personally and assess candidates particularly based on cultural fit
- You ensure an excellent candidate experience
- You support HRBP in their recruitment processes if needed
Your Profile
- You have a commercial basic education and ideally a federal diploma in HR or similar further training
- You bring several years of experience in recruiting specialists
- You are familiar with social media channels (LinkedIn)
- You are digitally savvy and have experience with HR tools (experience in Workday is an advantage)
- You have very good German and very good French language skills
- You possess high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
