Head of Finance and Accounting, 80-100%

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the professional and personnel management of the accounting department as well as for the finance and accounting of the parent and subsidiary companies
• In doing so, you prepare the monthly reports as well as the annual financial statements (CH, AT, USA) according to applicable standards
• The processing of payment transactions and VAT returns (CH, AT) also belongs to your important tasks
• You are also the contact person for auditors and tax consultants
• Furthermore, you provide valuable support in the further development and optimisation of financial processes
• In addition to the leadership role, you work operationally and support your employees
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have a higher professional education in finance, for example as an expert in accounting and controlling, as a finance and accounting specialist FA or as a trustee FA
• Professional experience in a comparable position is required, ideally in an industrial and international environment
• Good German and English skills are essential for this role
• Do you describe yourself as independent, quality-conscious and structured?
