Junior Analyst - Asset Manager

We are seeking a Junior Analyst to join our client's team and support the investment process across fund selection, portfolio allocation, and due diligence.

Description

Portfolio Allocation Support

• Assist senior team members with quantitative and qualitative analysis to support asset allocation decisions across multi-manager portfolios.

Fund Manager Meetings & Monitoring

• Participate in meetings and on?site visits with external fund managers across various asset classes. Prepare meeting notes, performance summaries, and monitoring reports.

Due Diligence

• Contribute to the operational and investment due diligence process, including gathering information, reviewing documentation, and identifying potential risks.

Market & Manager Research

• Conduct research on market trends, investment strategies, and new managers to support the team's investment pipeline and strategic thinking.

Reporting & Documentation

• Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, internal memos, and client presentations.

Cross?Functional Support

• As part of a small and collaborative team, contribute to a wide range of tasks beyond the formal job description when needed.

Profile

Education:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, ideally from EPFL or an equivalent institution.

Experience:

• No prior professional experience required. Internships are a plus but not mandatory.

Languages:

• Fluent in French and English (both required).
